Impartiality of the EWIVS certification body
Neutrality in the certification of management systems and persons
All activities and the associated rights and obligations are the full responsibility of the EWIVS certification body. This applies to the certification of management systems as well as persons.
Support
Our customers receive comprehensive support in order to achieve certification that is recognized on the market.
Decisions by the certification body
All decisions of the certification body are based on the normative requirements and sufficient objective evidence. Certification is only granted if there is sufficient evidence of compliance with the normative requirements. Applications for certification are only accepted if no conflicts of interest exist or can be ruled out by special regulations.
Impartiality, independence and anti-discrimination
All decisions regarding certification, including granting, renewing, maintaining, extending, restricting, suspending, refusing or restoring, are made impartially, independently and objectively. The services of the certification body are open to all market participants who meet the certification requirements. There are no discriminatory conditions or unreasonable demands.
Cooperation with consulting organizations
The certification body does not offer consulting services or internal audits and has no relationships with consulting organizations. Our services are offered directly on the market, without any suggestion that certification by certain consulting organizations would be easier, faster or cheaper.
Confidentiality and data protection
We have clear rules and legally enforceable agreements to protect the confidentiality of information and data collected or generated during certification activities.

These are examined objectively and only processed by persons who were not involved in the decision-making processes of the certification body or the audit.Personnel of the certification bodyBoth internal and external personnel who have an influence on certification activities are instructed to act impartially and not to allow any commercial, financial or other pressure that could jeopardize impartiality.
