Worldwide validity of EN ISO/IEC 17024
EN ISO/IEC 17024 is an international standard that is valid worldwide. It was adopted as a European standard (EN ISO/IEC 17024) in 2003 and introduced as a German standard (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024) shortly afterwards. It defines globally valid requirements for the certification of persons – regardless of country or sector.

If you obtain your ISO 17024 certification from EWIVS, it will be recognized throughout Europe – thanks to the underlying EN ISO/IEC 17024.
This means that EN ISO/IEC 17024 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 are identical and equivalent in terms of content and differ only in their designation!
